Walking Dead (Spoliers)

Re: Walking Dead

Always have a finger crossed that someday, some show will adapt what Michone did with her pet walkers and remove the arms and teeth of the walkers, and then use them to ______ (insert something intelligent here).

Packmules were cool, but SOMEONE must have a better idea to utilize them.

Ever seen the movie "Fido"

Re: Walking Dead

There's suspension of disbelief, then there is sheer stupidity that they do.

That's nothing new.

Dale went for a walk on the farm at night, by himself, to investigate a noise. He comes across a disemboweled cow and his reaction is to stand there and look at it while the zombies sneak up behind him then he gets bit.

1) Goes for a walk by himself at night during a zombpocalypse.
2) Leaves his rifle slung over his shoulder during said walk
3) Even after finding the cow, leaves rifle slung over shoulder
4) Stands there staring at the cow, not checking for zombies or hustling back to the farm to get away from the zombies that are most certainly nearby.

Stupid.

Re: Walking Dead

Anyone catch how the governor got separated from his crew?

I came here looking for the same answer. I was switching through channels at the start so I'm not sure if I missed out on that. Although I do recall he was with his one crew member when he was sitting at the camp fire while having the walker crawl up to him an being shot by his crew member. How did they separate afterwards?

Re: Walking Dead

they left him

Re: Walking Dead

He offed half the town, just for the hell of it. Wouldn't you leave him too?

i wouldda capped his *** myself to stop him from killing, but I guess they had to keep him alive, so he can ruin this season as well.

It was a good character (in the original material) that did not get used properly when they moved it to TV. Honestly, last night I stopped watching, I was not interested in the Governor's Big Adventures tv show... it is just sucky...

I agree. Last nights episode was a bit of a let down. I didn't think it was going to suck so much...At least give us a little bit of the other people. I don't really care for the governors personal struggles. I was hoping he was gone actually.

Re: Walking Dead

I think he comes off as a complete ****** but that's the point.

Did anyone else think that his new love interest seems a lot like Maggie?

Re: Walking Dead

Last night's show was excellent, best of this season. The return of the Gov was a refreshing switch from the tiresome prison storyline. So is is name really Brian Heriot or did he just adopt it from the writing on the house? Makes for in interesting plot arc, he can't just turn a new leaf and start over. He did murder over a dozen people in cold blood and there will be payback to be had.

Maybe they're trying to change him and make him into a good guy now

His real name is Phillip, at least thats what he told Andrea back in season 3....perhaps in his mind, the man he once was died with Woodbury. I'm sure it won't take long for his true murderous psychopathic personality to shine through again

Re: Walking Dead

Maybe his psychotic rage will be tempered now that he has a surrogate daughter to take care of.

or amplified, in his efforts to protect her

Re: Walking Dead

I personally cant stand the governor. Just looking at him makes me want to slice off his head. And yes I agree... Maggie look a like. Maybe he gets caught up on girls he nearly rapes?!?

If you want to cut his head off, then they're doing a good job on the character.

Most predators have a preferential sort of victim.
