Walking Dead (Spoliers)

Re: Walking Dead

+1 go out and ride instead of nitpicking this fictional show

LOL

Are you going out riding now?

Nice cold ****** gravel covered roads in the dark.

Sounds like fun.

Sounds like more fun then rewinding old walking dead episodes and listening if a certain sound is a round hitting the floor or the gun.

Re: Walking Dead

So you're posting about it but not doing it.

Try general forum.

This is OT.

Re: Walking Dead

I hope this season doesn't suck as bad as the last one.

supposed to be back to walkers being the main threat rather than humans, so here's hoping

Re: Walking Dead

I loved this show until I watched Breaking Bad. The difference with this show & Breaking Bad is:
-Everytime I watch this show, I'm shouting at the TV. Why are you so stupid? Rick are you retarded? Why did you do that? Kill the beotch

-People who deserve to die, do not die in this show. I keep yelling "kill kill kill". In Breaking bad, I'm clenching my teeth saying "oh god, I hope he doesn't die" "why did he have to die, I was just getting to like him?"

-Walking dead seems like another "Lost", commercially driven.

So my point? After watching BB, nothing compares, lol

If the show goes back to nothing but dealing with walkers then it's going to be like watching a show where people deal with a tornado or hurricane every week. The walkers are like a natural disaster. People add the colour to the show.

They don't need another "Governor" to keep an interesting show... it's the end of the world, there's plenty of hardships that the core group of survivors will have to deal with.... walkers are just one part of that. Sickness, starvation, interactions between the new survivors at the prison.... They have plenty of people to work with, since the cast seems to have expanded quite a bit from what the first episode looked like.... however, it's probably going to get a whole lot smaller based on what the sneak-peaks have shown and what that director or producer on The Talking Dead was alluding to.

I just meant that the 3rd season could basically be summed up as "Prison vs Woodbury" or "Rick vs The Governor".... this season, that human vs human conflict isn't going to be the focal point (apparently)

I hope they evolve the characters more. I want to see more of Rick's crazy hallucinations and see his kid become a renegade out to kill them. That would be awesome. Maybe the zombies start to evolve a bit and become slightly intelligent?

What's more deadlier than a zombie? A zombie that figured out how to open the door.

Re: Walking Dead

All the new characters remind me of the guys wearing red in that Start Trek with william shatner... whenever one goes on the away team you know hes going to be first to die.

Re: Walking Dead

Pretty good first episode. Even the talking parts werent bad. Only "gripe" is when the zombies started falling in all over the place. If one part of the roof collapsed from the fuel soaking it, fine, then they all fall there. They were walking all over that roof before, why now are they breaking through in random places?

and wouldn't the thing LEAKING the fuel be the first to go through the roof given its size and weight?

Because the roof was weak, likely due to weather rather than fuel, and the noise made the walkers gather in one area rather than being spread around.

Not necessarily because it was at the edge of the roof, where it was strongest, not in the middle.

I dunno, it looks pretty close to the middle to me, and it seemed like not 15 feet from where alchie medic went down, the chopper eventually came crashing through the ceiling, which is why they all beat a hasty retreat at that point
