The only victims in this whole situation are those of us who participated in/or read this thread.
That's ok, my bike can take it. It's fallen over, has survived a low side and 10 ft slide, and a dick deliberately backing into it. If you did, I wouldn't be calling the cops. Bare in mind what goes around comes around.

You should have seen all the motorcycle cops at a Gas Station plaza I go by on my way home. They were just hanging around. For a second, I felt like being a pussy and giving them something to do, then I thought nah, and kept on riding.
So I have to ask ... as you seem to be avoiding the police in this matter - have you reported issues to the police in the past that haven't been resolved to your satisfaction? Have you been asked not to call the 453 number or 911 anymore? Or, have you lost their email address and so can't communicate effectively with them?
BTW - what has HR done to resolve this matter for you?
