Yes, I do. It's been at least 9 years since I last reviewed anything that has to do with FF rank structure. The 150+ man FT Dept, with only two halls doesn't have a complex rank structure like many municipalities. There is a grand total of 5 ranks here, and once you get past Capt. Chief's are referred to as manager's.
Sad is making fun of people dropping their bikes in another thread, then looking for pity when you dropped your own bike. It's also sad coming in here asking for sound advice then making fun of everyone for trying to give you intelligent advice.

Not entirely. It teaches everyone that if you ever come across a fire, call the fire department's HR to get results. It is the HR department's responsibility to properly staff the department and issue the order to sortie and fight the fire on company time using company property. If you call the regular emergency line you won't get **** because there are no witnesses of who set the fire. They'll just say that there is no witness, there is no fire, and not do anything. If they choose to do something, it will be raising your insurance because they will say you started the fire and report you to the police force's HR department so they can arrest and charge you.
It's a scary process. They run you through the court's HR department before you even go to trial before a judge just to soften you up.

I told my boss I had a bad case of Broken egg complex and needed Friday off and he just looked at me and asked me if I'm a ****ing retard.
So I called HR and told them my boss made me cry. They asked me what I did and I told them I just sat there like a dummy and did nothing because I was ascared.
I have Friday off !!!!
