Which Scorpio? Does it have perimeter alarm
and if it does is it annoying?
I am in Mississauga and next weekend is wide open

The first alarm was a Phantom X (think it's based in Quebec). For some reason, the proximity sensor wasn't detected by the bike on a number of occasions and that would set off the alarm when I tried to start the bike. The came out a number of times, replaced the battery in the sensor, rerouted some wires, replaced a part or two... but the problem continued. No point in having an alarm that works that poorly. I'd have to go through my paperwork to double check the price but I'm thinking $250-300. Dealer was good about working with me to replace it with the factory one.

I think its the 500i. The perimiter alarm is quite annoing and can be turned off. I figured if someone in a very bad mood would walk close to get pipped at they would kick it down.
How's May 8th for everyone. Last year we got together at the Tim Hortons on Dundas and 403 in Mississauga/Oakville. Is that still a good spot?

I hate those annoying car alarms going on during the night and
changing their siren every 20 seconds with nobody caring about it.
Always wanted to get up and throw some pop can grenades
on those cars I imagine tilt sensor is enough for bike.

Looks like we're getting a good response. So let's say the date and place is firm. How's 12:00 for everyone? Can someone take the lead in figuring out a good ride we can take afterwords please.
