We started building them in '74 in Oakville........the last torino went by.....there was a 5 minute gap, and the ltd's and big ass Mercury's started rolling. Whatever year it was, when the tempo topaz showed up, is when st thomas got the cr vic.

Waze is kinda like google maps
User tag specific vehicle by touching the screen/map when they drive by and spot the vehicle in question.
You can see Waze other user on the screen if they choose to be visible on the screen.
You can choose to be invisible and you won't be visible on the screen
You can mark items on the map only if you choose to be visible.
Waze can be used on your car's screen like apple maps.

The Ram had silver plain rims with license plate AX 68451

I got pulled over by a young RCMP, at 3:30-4 AM, nice guy, asked questions about my car ('68 Impala SS notchback, 302 Zapper motor, T700 trans). I told him it could suck his poor Volare up the exhaust pipe....
NO WAY.
He IMMEDIATELY has his hood open to show off the 360 six pack, 737 with 411s, dual exhaust to the bumper. COOL CAR!!!! He was pretty proud of it. He knew it was something special.

I've seen a Toyota 4Runner with OPP ghost logos. It was a while ago, but I'll never forget, because up to that point I thought they only drove domestic.
About 30 years ago I was being tailgated by a Chrysler minivan in Peel. I changed lanes back and forth a couple of times but it stayed on my bumper. I finally decided to speed up a bit to give me some distance, and next thing I see is red flashing lights. When the cop asked if I knew why I was being puilled over, I said I hope its not for changing lanes three times to get away from you tailgating me with your high beams on. Needless to say, he let me go.
Undercover/drug squad has a lot larger selection of available vehicles. For cops concerned about traffic, I can count on one hand the number of times I have seen them in a non-domestic vehicle.
The GM cargo van on the 407 used to freak me out. A white GMC van (savannah?) with zero external markings and strobes inside the front window and in the tail lights. I'd go five over past every GMC van until I could see the driver.
A few weeks ago, somebody called 911 to say they saw a 50 yo in a fake OPP uniform cruising around in a pickup truck near the Barrie waterfront. One officer got on the air and was very offended as he was only 40 but was cruising around the waterfront in an unmarked truck.

Those were the real undercover/drug squad cops that have a huge variety of vehicles. It sure looked like the guy on the right swept a few of his buddies with the shotgun.

Pretty sure they have more than one. I see one in Milton all the time. Burlington on occasion, and the Twitter whore is always in Oakville.
Unmarked police vehicles should not be allowed. If someone needs a police officer they should be easy to find. Unmarked, sneaking around and hiding in the bushes like a common criminal just leaves an aura of disrespect. Most motorists don't travel at 200kpm and a properly marked car should easily deal with them. The rest of unmarked police vehicle nonsense is just a money grab that aught not be part of police mandate.

If it was about prevention as they always parrot the warning to fine ratio would be a lot higher.
I agree for stationary traffic enforcement. I disagree for drug squad (like the stop above). It's much safer to do what they did vs rolling up in marked cruisers and likely triggering a chase (minus the firearm stupidity). Rolling traffic enforcement is interesting. I could be convinced either way. At a minimum, I think they should all have some markings. If you drive like an ass passed a car that says police on it, you deserve what you get.
