Toronto Motorcycle and Powersport Show

Did Honda have the Navi and Grom there? Hoping my gf can check them out.
Yes, they had what looked like their entire lineup, including the Navi, Grom and Monkey. They're all bolted to rigid rear stands so you can check the seat height, but you won't get a feel for the weight.

I picked up a second pair of custom molded earplugs. There were at least three booths doing custom plugs this time.

Awesome.

Also, on the earplugs. Which did you grab? I need another set.

I believe the fre parking after 5 was only for the Friday "She Rides" night, that was only circulated information a couple days prior.
Also you had to mentioned the BOGO lady tickets or else they wouldn't give you the discount. Business is business...

R4S 40th Wow. Is it still in Fenelon Falls? Havn't been for almost a decade (when they dropped the Friday we started to attend the Paris rally which was always the same weekend). Much changed?
46th Annual this year. Yep Fenelon Falls. Keep an eye on Ride for Sight forum. We'll be posting up details soon.

Go see Ryan at NuLife Hearing. He's at every show. Quality product. Tell him Cutekill sent ya.

How was the Mosko Moto booth? Any deals?

yes
Dunno, can't find that info either! In past years, it was in the covered "underground" parking inside the Enercare Center building (entrance near the Pinces' Gates).
Parking everywhere went from $17 to $21 this year - all lots. Funny they didn't mention it until after the show had opened...?

I haven't been to a show in over a decade. There were far worse ways I could have spent the $43(entry fee and parking) and the couple of hours I was there.

Got to meet @cutekill and @redneck in person which was, by far, the worst part of the show ;). Seriously though, it was a highlight meeting the GTAM team and get my sticker.

Spun my wheels, talked to some folks, bought some stuff, didn't buy stuff that I needed because selection was limited. It was a day out.

GP and Riders Choice booths were slammed as were most of the manufacturer's booths. Perhaps, the turnout will encourage those companies that didn't show this year to exhibit at the next one.

Out of curiosity. What was the cost of the earplugs?
I already have a set but almost lost 1 plug this past season. The best $90 I spent on gear.
Wouldn't be a bad idea to get another.

One of the features I want is either a secondary tinted visor or the transitions visor.

Undecided if I should go with a modular or a ADV style helmet.
The E2 actually has all of those 3 features in it.
I have one of those Transitions visors by Shoei. It’s great for the convenience, with 2 caveats:

1. The tint during sunny days isn’t as dark as a stand alone dark tinted visor.
2. As it reacts to UV, it will darken on cloudy days (when I would prefer a fully clear visor).

YMMV!

Someone on the VFR list I am part of said they paid $160.
