I contacted the owner, they said "Rear wheel bearing, from caliper, brake light switch"

That bike looks good for an 01; and it only has 23k. If the bit of work - brakes? chain? fork seals? carb clean etc...if it onnly needs 1 or two of those things and not all of them, it could be a pretty nice ride.

When I worked at Inglis we sold a brand new ZX6R to a dude who dropped it twice in the parking lot before leaving (once on each side, once against a concrete retaining wall).

Every single fairing piece was scratched or cracked, tank was dented. Bike had 3km on it from the PDI ride.

Anything is possible.

I don't know about this one. The fairings have a fair amount of damage beyond scratches. broken plastic. Poor seller sounds low balled to death. but, I would low ball too.
What would it cost to replace the broken plastic? As for repairing the plastic ...especially at the mirror where the plastic is very narrow..looks iffy for the wind pressure that will be on that mirror.
