Re: The Official 2011 Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas thread.

If you go through Barrie on the way next year I could round up about another 10-15 guys most likely.
I have tried 2 seasons now to have a big muskoka ride and got rained out and rode through it both times.

Wow... that would be too many. We would end up with 20-25 total. I would probably go to Fenelon Falls and head straight to the bottom of 507.

Nice pictures! I'll have to discipline those riders for performing illegal maneuvers while I'm leading. ;)

Re: The Official 2011 Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas thread.

I just did a quick mapping of some of the roads I want to hit up there (there are so many that I left out too...) and we're looking at a 1000km+ day. Crazy. Maybe make a 2 day trip of it instead so we can actually enjoy it without being burnt out.

It would be kind of awesome to have that many for a shorter ride, But 1000km+.... Yeah I guess thats way to many lol.

I think the term goes "follow the leader" ;)

Yeah, exactly. If you end up with a wide variety of riders then you'll spend way too much time (adds up throughout the day) waiting for people, wasting a lot of time.

Hey now... what are you trying to say? I see no evidence in those photos. (eagerly awaiting more photos, haha...)

The shadow is very misleading.... ;) Great ride guys!

Riding into the sun ruined a lot of the video. And I think those shadows were playing around with Dave's bike too.....:D

Who's riding the bus (aka Gold Wing)?
Dean mentioned it's a new guy who's been following along on the thread for the past while...
Welcome at any rate!

It gets confusing to remember real name vs screen names when meeting for the first time, unless of course its in your screen name ;)

We should start a list of the KW area riders who meet up with user name/real name list lol ....... kind of like a memory game for us challenged ones lol

It makes me sad knowing the season is pretty much over and I didn't get to come out and ride with you guys once. My schedule sucks. I'm definitely going to have to work something out for next season, or if I'm lucky squeeze one in this season.

Re: The Official 2011 Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas thread.

Well, so far the forecast for next weekend looks okay temperature wise. As long as the rain doesn't happen we should be good to go at least one day.
