The Car Thread

^^^ I give you that one. I've been riding for a fairly long time and toronto still bothers me to ride in. Any plans to try it again?

Thanks man. I live downtown, and have witnessed too many accidents. Which did stir me up.

And gosh, insurance premium on my bikes were DOUBLE than my car. Can you believe that?

Of course, I dont think I can give up on riding and I know without a doubt I will have a couple of bikes down the road.

Ah don't worry, I've done worse! Nice car

I would't mind a ride along with that 2r or gtr if anybody knows the owner!

Daaamn. The lambo is like warp speed from old movies where it sits still for a second and then disappears as a beam of light.

I've seen that GTR in Malton, I figured it's owner was a purveyor of elicit substances (who else drives a gtr around subdivisions in Malton).

Hahaha awesome video so many similar memories from back in the day. Of course then you were untouchable with 700hp... that lambo is nasty. I love highway pulls.

^ ok, but you'd probably be surprised by my answer.

Ok, surprise me.
(it's not a surprise now, btw!!).
I don't care about 0 - 60 anymore.
Needs are comfort more than anything. (MKC fits the bill here. Yet to sit in RDX).
I'd enjoy better than average handling.
Decent gas mileage.
Available tow pkg. (MKC has this. Don't know about RDX. Don't want aftermarket 'hitch').
I have an order / build sheet drawn up for one.
Can't seem to find the intestinal fortitude to pull the trigger, just yet.

@nakkers......close 'nuff.

Ok, surprise me.

I wouldn't touch an RDX, extremely boring.....

apart from rock solid reliability, it offers not much else. Just move up to the MDX.

MKC is a good effort from Ford, and definitely a step in the right direction....

If I had your money, I'd look seriously at a Macan.

MDX is too big, like the MKX. Large or needlessly fast - I don't need that anymore.
Macan? Ca'mon!

Don't answer the question, recommend a Honda.

Ya, totally unexpected from you.

with options such as the "Ceramic brake package" which lists for $9000+ dollars, 90 grand total can be achieved quite easily...

without that it's easy . We specced one up for my wife no ceramics and it was 89,000 she said f it

Neighbour swapped his white Cayenne for a white Macan a while back. Had no idea there was such a thing as a Macan, I felt like a giant for a second there, walking past it. #mindfvck

Blew me away.

SunnyS why do you make a big deal out of a 9 grand brake package? If honda had one you'd tell us it was the greatest invention since sliced bread or a nsx. :agave:

Ceramic brakes on a mini SUV... Porsche is king when it comes to separating rich fools from their money LOL

^^^^

BIG TIME, for shiggles, check out the Porsche site and check out the options. You want painted Porsche logos on your center caps cos black and white won't do? That's extra.
