I am white knuckle driving with both hands on steering wheel ready for quick avoidance action from the number of times I've seen cars cross the solid lines and sneak into HOV.
That off ramp lane on SB 404 is always an accident waiting to happen because it's so long that every self important asshat will pull out into it and then try to merge back into the SB lane at the very end to be 750m ahead. Everytime I'm on that off ramp I'm doing no more than 20km more than the traffic on my left no matter how clear it is in front of me.

Obviously not big on pre-trip inspections nor maintenance. It's shaking out their fillings but no worries, hammer down.
