2011 CBR250 $1500 Seized engine

CBR250s are mapped notoriously lean from factory for good fuel economy. Without a compensator (i.e. Power Commander) it likely gripped from the addition of the muffler.
There are no oversized pistons so a complete top end replace/rebuild is in order. A cylinder alone is in the neighborhood of $800. Who knows what shape the head is in.
IMO, the bike as is might be worth $500 IF you could find a donor powerplant.

The parts for the 125s are ridiculously cheap - the benefit of being built in Thailand.

That's a foothole for stunting but I guess you could use it for other things. A little slippery though.

Low compression, lost ownership stunt bike. Run away. Stolen and blown up. Not a good combination.
