Stupidly overpriced motorcycle for sale thread

IMO one year old ninja 250/300s are always the worst. People don't realize the price goes down at the dealer and no one is going to pay their financing.

"wind blowing it over in my drive way (the reason the mirror is missing)"

How strong are the winds in McKellar, ON P0G, Canada???

I don't understand why lady driven increases the value of a vehicle.... There are many women that drive very aggressively... To claim it's in better condition might not always be the case

1989 Katana, $4000, busted up, missing a mirror, will trade for Harley. I'm surprised he didn't use "street fighter conversion".

Dropped bike and f-ed up all the bodywork and lights = converted to street fighter

Just a heads up but your bike is probably more in the range of $1200? At this price you might be lucky to get lowballed.
For $4000, You are looking at an undamaged 2006 with less then 20K and a safety.
Not a 25yr old bike, with 70K, damaged and as-is.

Cheers and good luck with the sale.

His response.
70,000km for a 24 year old bike is not that high Also being in the shape it is at it's age I had it looked over & appraised & it's value is set at $5500. I do my homework befor I make a sale so befor making dumb offers like $1200 cuz you seen an 06 going for less then what I'm asking for an older bike ya that doesn't mean jack **** just cuz that guys selling a newer bike for less doesn't mean older bikes should be cheaper.
And also the only damage is a missing mirror which has been ordered $40 fix

Don't email me back I don't have time for people who think they know it all

Also, judging by every gf I have ever had, if it is lady driven, don't expect routine maintenance to be done for that vehicle. If it isn't starting, rattling or clunking, don't expect it to be changed.

That guy is crazy as much as I love Katanas I think even you 1200 valuation is to high. What kinda crazy appraiser gave him that valuation.
