First off, if was in fallen riders, you cant say anything other than GWS, or you get deleted.

Brian is a stand-up guy. While he may or may not take some liberties with the speed limits where safe to do so, I've seen him ride both on the street and on the track and never seen him do anything stupid, which is more than I could say for myself

His post does say that he saw the bike as it was approaching the intersection, so you cannot say he saw absolutely nothing in relation to the accident.
Also, how is it copyright infringement? One cannot claim intellectual property to any part of that story, and Brian hasn't, as his post clearly states that most of the following information was provided by witnesses.

He doesn't deserve what he gets? There's a gigantic difference between breaking the hta and putting other lives at risk because he had a retard moment in the middle of the city on busy streets. He deserves what he gets and hopefully it's a book thrown at him. Morons like that are why insurance in this dump is outrageous, why the public has a negative outlook on bikes and why the cops love us so.
