Stunters at L&L :)

Personally, If I have spare time, I prefer riding over posing. Quite frankly, I never understood the Tim Horton's parking lot posing sessions.
It's fine if you're going to have a coffee, link up a few people and go riding, but to go spend 1 hour+ just sitting in a parking lot? No thanks. I'd rather be on 2 wheels facing a potential 172 lol...

Sometimes it's great to go and hang out with friends and meet other people. It's not like everyone just stands next to their bike doing nothing. What's wrong with being social with other riders? You may not like spending time catching up with people, but that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with people who do.

I haven't been to L&L at all this summer, but I hope to make it out at least once soon because I want to see my friends and say hi. Nothing to do with posing. Why the judgement?

Although, I have an aversion to the popo, so if stunting is going on, I won't be stopping by :(

Not judging whatsoever... What you do is your business.
I work 7 days a week and it's hard to get in as much riding as I would like.
So, if there is an opportunity for me to ride, believe me, I'd rather be on 2 than sitting and socializing in a Tim Horton's parking lot.
I've driven by Tim's and have seen people sitting on lawn chairs and just lounging in the parking lot... lol wtf?
Not saying that's what L&L is all about but for me, I'd rather be riding.
Just sayin'...

Most people actually go there to meet up and go for rides...it not just posing. Working 7 days a week sucks:(

+1
True that, somebody coming to their senses. I would go there to meet up with friends and ppl I haven't seen in a while, or just to stay in touch with ppl. There is nothing wrong with that unless u are anti-social.

Don't get my wrong, I do put Kms on my bike

...................wish I had a motorcycle...........

B, Or, if you feel that someone is being a twat doing tricks on your posing patch stand up and say something to him/her in the flesh not on ole world wide web thingy.

And the person is more than welcome to come and speak to me about it. PM me and I'll let ya know when I'll be at L&L next. I'm not the yelling and screaming kind. But I have the same stance as Raf

I saw this one dude in full leathers holding a coffee while he was walking! Was pretty awesome! Other than that, 1 DB that did his best 4" wheelie for .25 of a second. Oh and some really awesome bikes that get really loud when you're rolling in 1st gear, pull the clutch and redline it! I tried it on the way out and my 250 sounded like a lawn mower! Braaaammmmppppppp!!!!!!!!!!

OH GOD NOT COFFEE NOW!!! WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TOO!!! *Throws arms up and crumples to the ground*

We all agree stunting is friggen cool. Just do it in a safe environment where your not putting others at risk.

It's not like the cold affects the traction of tires, that have 15 PSI in them, much

Its not 2001 anymore, only beginners run low pressure to help learn slow wheelies...Everyone I ride with runs 30-40 PSI these days....

If you ran 15 to L&L your wheel would be shaped like a stop sign by the time you got there

And there again lies a problem, stunners dont wear gear..A hoodie is cold weather wear...

I would have rode to work 8 years ago when all I had was the bike, today I actually turned on the heat in the truck. Its getting Burrrr, and fast..I probably wont ride till I leave for Jamaica next Thurs

DUDE they were hoodies now?!?! What is this world coming to!!! :p

See I have a car... I look at it this way:
50 a week in gas = Car
25 a week in gas = bike + more fun

Decision made.

All down town or do you commute fairly far? And how long have you been riding?

Back in the day when I first started riding, I would ride every day no matter what the weather was like until the snow came....After a few years that slowly faded away...Thats cool if you never lost that drive to ride every chance you get
