I was going to opine about her sexual marketplace value. You thought highly of her before this happened, I wonder how much of that was driven by curb appeal? I know I used to associate good looks with wholesomeness. That ship has sailed as well. I think, if you scratch below the surface, her looks have let her get away with a lot since being a cute little daddys girl princess. There's always the next guy willing to step in. Until she hits the wall of course.

That's how it works. When it comes to marriage (that place men willingly go to be destroyed) women will tell you exactly what you want to hear - up and until the lies no longer serve their purposes. The truth never comes out until they're no longer advantaged. It could be a richer guy comes along. It could be because they're bored. It could be because they're simply no longer happy. Women are very clever that way. They know they own you from "I do". They know the state is on their side. Then - they lower the boom and it's all over but the suicide. By the time you figure it all out - it's too late. You're trapped. You've been had. The system is designed to support her and destroy you - which is why it's so common for lawyers to tell their male clients, "Just give her what she wants. You can't win. You'll just end up paying me and paying her." It's all designed to work this way because married people spend far more money than singles, because lawyers and judges make a ton of money off divorce, because the welfare state needs their money and because the state gets new wage and tax slaves. It's all a gigantic scam designed to force wealth and power from men to women and the state (powerful 'alpha' men with rich wives) - and the lower class menz have zero idea until it's too late to save themselves. Hilarious. And it's so obvious. Tis why in Rome they developed the single man tax - something every man is cluelessly paying today - with no knowledge whatsoever. It's a wonder of modern social engineering.

there is no doubt her looks affected my opinion of her
and while a forces pilot makes good dough, around 150 at the time for a captain but I could be wrong on that
when a gal realizes usually around age 40 that she gave up exclusive nookie for that small an amount she gets resentful

Sorry -D-, I should have elaborated. What I meant is nobody would purchase a vehicle that has a 50% failure rate, where as we wouldn't think twice about marriage even though the chances of failure are even higher. But that , I think is due to a lack of research into the subject. In general, we're more inclined to research the reliability of a vehicle you're considering purchasing than doing the same due diligence prior to marriage. All I know is if somebody gave me my car analogy before I got married, I wouldn't have done it.
How many people rush into marriage at a young age? Or before living with their partner? Or after only dating 6 months or a year?
The stats are gloomy because people are idiots. If you go into it informed and prepared it's foolish to think your chances are only 50/50. That's just dumb.

caveat to my postings, while men don't see this coming, we do much for the most part to contribute to it,
while women are seeing their lives slip by and start feeling restless, the realization that we are walking wallets
causes men to harden in life, which is the last thing a wife needs at that point in her life when she's feeling insecure
edit: and the 50% failure rate is a BS stat, that was dreamed up years ago when someone looked at average number of divorces in a year and saw that it was roughly 50% of average number of marriages in a year, the real percentage is far lower

Ahhhhh....that point in which women realize their sexual power over men slip, slip, slipping away...at which point they must offer something other than their evolutionary power over men - the exploitation of men's natural addiction - fine young poody. Yes. Yes. They must then learn to think like men and provide more than looks and youth - whilst younger women begin catching the eye of what might no longer be 'theirs'. Mmmmm. But what if women could simply appropriate all that men built through the power of the state? What then? Women might be able to do the same as men and discard their old husbands in favor of younger men. What if women can 'flip the script' - use the power of the state to financially enslave men whilst re-living their adolescence - and still have men fight the wars and do the dirty, dangerous, life-threatening, life shortening jobs through mass importation of cheap male slave labor or outsourcing of traditional male labor to slave male labor markets overseas? Hmmm. Yes. I can see how this might work. I can see how this would not only please 'alpha males', but also women who really only serve those 'alpha males'. How does one pronounce Trudeau anyways?

I'm not that bright but lucky. It's only thru the vast pool that is the internet can I nail down the hunches I've had all my adult life. It's either real or a huge con job. I'm all for equality and freedom but what has it wrought? From my high perch I do think the majority of people are doing love, relationships and life wrong. That's how it appears anyway. I was rifling thru some womens magazines at the dealership today. It's ALL garbage imho. Garbage in garbage out. I shudder to think women take these lifestyle cues to heart. How does a normal man compete with that? Same way a normal woman competes with the porn industry I reckon. We have a long way to go.
