I installed my Brembo 4-piston calipers yesterday, and just ordered custom Spiegler lines, banjo bolts etc. A bit pricey ($178, including $39 shipping from Dayton), but I like the fact that I can clock the end fittings to suit. My brother and I also installed the Q2s over Xmas.
Trying not to leave everything until April this year!

Dunno about practical, as now you have another motor to look after as opposed to a trailer. However one of the racers I know uses one and it works for him.
Loads of space but loads of gas too....

I ordered Spiegler lines from BluestreakRacing, but just for the front (i don't use the rear anyway..). Front and rear with banjo bolts included seems about the same price, but shipping was free, lol
Back to topic---all I need is Bickle warmers and Brembo master, and I'll be all set. Something tells me I might get at least half of this completed at the bike show..
Picking up a front fender and a set of used Bickle warmers on Sat early afternoon, possibly more stuff, so we'll cross paths for sure!

If it is Diesel i would go for it, and plus you will have plenty of room on the back.What do you guys think of something like this?

Cube van for track days? Certainly do-able, but few people actually do it.
If you already need and have the cube van for your business or something of that sort, that's one thing, but to buy a cube van solely for doing track days, gets expensive. You can't really use a cube van as a daily driver (well, you COULD, but the suckage factor is pretty high), it's another vehicle to insure, and they're terrible on fuel. A gas one will use at least 25 L/100 km, a diesel might use 20 if you are lucky, and that's if you putter along slowly. Toronto to Grand Bend and back will be nearly $200 every time just in fuel for the tow vehicle. Toronto to Bogie and back will be over $300 just in tow-vehicle fuel.
A box trailer or an open trailer towed behind some other vehicle (generally your daily driver) is the most common way to get yourself and your bike to a track day and back. I tow my bike on an open trailer behind a diesel Jetta. 8 L/100 km when towing and that's if I do 120.

Best overall ratio fuel/cargo/camping had to be the diesel handicap conversion. Bought it from a bus company with 60K on it for three grand used it for a couple year and sold it for 3500. It went through two other racers before being retired.

Quickshifter ordered and on the way! I'm going to save myself from the cold garage and do all my installs in March/April.

Got a spare rear for rain tires, now just got to get the front
Have fun finding a reasonably priced front wheel for that bike...I went a year looking for one and never getting one before I sold that race bike
