I was thinking of a 1/4 turn throttle, but the stock R6 throttle is short as it is (I never had any need to finger-crawl to get it turned) so I might just leave it for now.
It might already be 1/4 turn, and you'd be looking for 1/5 or 1/6 turn. I modified my SV throttle using Plasti-weld epoxy to build up the cam, then filed it smooth on the sides and top, with a V channel to keep the cable in check. I made it so that when I get to about 70% of rotation it goes quickly up to WOT. This way I don't make it any twitchier than it already is mid-corner but decrease the twist required for WOT
