I'm considering it. Spent two awesome days there this week.

Correction - No Kawasaki Tent it SOLD long ago and that's amazing that you have the same bike that's so cool, wow I'm speechless......remind me to shake your hand if I see you ;) :D

Now let's get back to this Thread...so anyone who needs somewhere to pit your more than welcome to. See you guys there....

Well I'm 80% sure I'll be there Monday night, first time at this track so it should be good fun. How hard is the track on your tires?
 
Run a medium tire, or even a hard. The surface is aggressive and has a lot of grip.

Amazing track, amazing grip , but doesn't kill tires like smaller stop and go tracks, pretty even wear both sides. First day? Take it smooth and easy, it'll bite you if you don't learn the track, which takes quite a few days. Kick arse track , addictive.
 
Very addictive. I'll disagree about the tires, though... yes once you get up to speed the rear takes less wear than, say, Shannonville. But it will eat a soft tire like a gummi snack and your front tire wears about the same as your rear tire at this track, so there'll be no 2-rears-1-front if you ride Calabogie a lot. I don't see that as a criticism, btw.
 
I'll be running a hard but was hoping to use the tire I already have on there, don't think it'll last. I'll swap it out with a new or newer tire. If shannonville is easier on tires than I'll be ok.
