And your points here are why most Westerners thing the extremists are stupid.

Their quarrel is with those responsible and in charge of foreign policy and the allocation of military resources. For all intents and purposes the average citizen plays no role in any of that and yet certain people hold the citizens equally responsible for the actions of their government. Shahfaisal has made it clear in the past that he believes the average working man that couldn't care less about Afghanistan is every bit as responsible for any military action as the people who actually give the orders.

If someone breaks into your house you don't go to a nearby preschool and beat up little kids as retaliation. I don't "understand" someone who would because those are the actions of a disgusting coward.

Trying to convince me that my government is doing wrong is one thing. Shouting in my face that I am equally responsible for decisions I played no part in is pretty fuckin dumb.

Question.... and I will say that I haven't seen every piece of news about the paris attacks so I may have missed it, but... Who was filming from the roof tops? And, why haven't we heard anything from them? We've heard from the grocery store worker, heard from the woman that the shooters followed into the building... Yet, haven't seen or heard anything about the people filming from the roof tops... Or maybe we did, and I missed it!?

I saw interviews on CNN right after it happened so they did interview the people shooting video. Most people have their cell phones out these days so its no surprise it gets caught on camera.

Did you listen to the stuff Fred Phelps was spouting to his followers? If followers of that Cleric want to believe that so be it. Its as ridiculous as not being able to eat pork or not using birth control. Religious leaders are full of stupidity its not isolated to just one faith.
