Motorcycle show

Hardly had any race suits, but lots of jackets, helmets, boots, etc. Double check the retail/sale price in accordance with the posted signage, we found a number of items that were not calculated correctly at the GP bikes booth. Riders choice was offering carver and gp pro alpinestars suits at great prices. Had most of the sizes on the rack (even found a 64 EUR for the larger folk).

Out of interest did they have the newer Alpinestars GP Pro? I'm currently thinking about getting this for next year:

I enjoyed it. Meeting with other bikers.
Got a great deal from "Gears" on their heated gloves. Good for both the bike and ski ing. Only problem was I forgot to go back. Duh.

I enjoyed it. Didn't buy anything, wasn't really looking to.

Overall, 20 bucks is steep for admission; but it's an outing looking at thinks I like.

Almost pulled the trigger on an alpine stars jacket from cycleworld. $199. Leather. Not bad! Too bad they didn't have my size

actually I did not specify new or old. I already bought the new gp pro suit from GP bikes a while ago, hence the curiosity on the price. I didn't look at them close enough to catch whether they are the new ones or the old ones. Since they were the black/white ones, it wasn't quite as apparent as the red/blue knees of the old model. Personally I think it is irrelevant, the mid to higher end alpinestars stuff is quite good regardless of if it is this years or last years.

Buddy said RC had the old gp pro on "sale".

Were buddies? Lol. An actual friend that went today said they had the older style all black. But you're right they could be the new version. And yes older models are usually just colour changes but sometimes they update or change the material like the gp pro gloves.

How much?

Is there a list of all the vendors? Looking to see if john bickle and trackside cuts will be there...

Trackside cuts is in hall 4.

Enjoyed the show, only bought a couple jugs of 7100 from Speedworx.

Went today, very disappointed. Was expecting some deals on maintenance items but there was no brake fluid, waterwetter, oil filters, fork oil, anywhere.

They seemed to only have oil so I picked up amsoil @ $10/liter. Looked for a jacket but the deals weren't much of a deal nor inventory. Me and my friend noticed alot of vendors selling suzuki themed jackets, velocity had 4 out of their 10 jackets suzuki. One vendor (that we all know) told me to buy at the show a jacket and to pick up my size at their store. What's the point of the show then? The deal wasn't even that good.

Was more of an information show then a gear show lol

It was like a big flee market .Looking for Klim/rev`it pants with no luck.

Come on guys these threads are the same year after year. Just go walk around for a couple hours. It's fun. Saw some awesome customized bikes. Seems like every other booth had at least one bmw 1000rr with some form of modifications.
I agree not much selection of oil/lubricants. Was hoping to get some Motul synthetic at a decent price but all I saw was semi synthetic.

I got a braided rear Spiegler line for my zx6r (saved the tax at blue streak)
And dropped off my stock steering damper at Speedworx for a new valve and re-build. - They had some real nice parts on their bikes....I guess when you're an Ohlins, and Braking dealer that helps.
Was drooling over the helmets at GP bikes. Man I wish I could justify $1,000 on a helmet right now. Overall, glad I went.
