MotoGP 2015

Why would Honda care who wins out of the two Yamahas?

motomatters ran another article titled descent into madness--

suggesting that Rossi's 10th title will move a lot of yammy bikes, thereby losing honda's market share by significant margin

and we all know lorenzo doesn't really sell

If VR has to start from the back then I don't want riders to just move over for him but they can respect by not aggressively changing their 'lines' so if in fact VR is running a faster pace, he can adjust his 'line' to make a clean pass.

No matter what happens, I've lost off the bike respect for JL (as with Stoner I respect their skill but not those attitudes) and I've gained off bike respect of DP. He had well thought responses and in the aftermath hasn't soiled himself. As for MM, he has raw talent but needs a mentor to teach him about respect and patience.

Discount the redemption narrative at your peril. JL and MM may be cunning like a fox. They may be down but you never know where they're going. Wear the fox hat? Sure, in due time.

sadly I have to agree with the decision. Also sadly lost alot of respect for Rossi

Why?

Wouldn't you do everything in your power to try and win?

I agree, he should be punished and he is by starting at the back. But why hate on the guy for trying every avenue to appeal or delay the punishment?

I don't know...I kinda look at running wide as just another version of a block pass. Or if someone runs wide at one corner set him up to do it again at another and then pass on the inside. Not like MM didn't have the speed to do it.

Let's say Rossi wins the championship...
How long will it be before Lorenzo demands the wall goes back up in the garage?

I'm wondering if those were indeed his hams in that infamous video...

I'd pay to see that. The pleasantries shown on tv is all a farce anyway.

Then we'll see a true indicator as to which team/rider is superior.

Wow, Jorge can be a dick even when he is apologizing lol.

This is Dorma and the FIM

"On 2 November 2015, Jorge Lorenzo filed a Request for Intervention in order to be able to participate

in this CAS arbitration but such request was denied. However, the CAS Arbitrator, after consultation
with the parties, allowed the filing of a written statement by counsel for Jorge Lorenzo.
The arbitration procedure is still in progress and a final decision on the merits will be rendered at a
later stage."

I say it ain't over 'till it's over. It's not too far-fetched for the Hondas to go 1-2 and Lorenzo finish 3rd. At that point, Rossi only needs to finish in 6th. I bet by the end of the first lap, he's picked off half the grid already.

Still do-able.
