Perhaps, but he won every single race for three years, in 2 separate classes.
I didn't say it wasn't impressive. I just don't think it's comparable.

The isle of man was a required race on the GP calendar back then. Ago was a big proponent for getting it banned.Lets also not forget Agoistini is a 10x Isle of Man TT winner. A feat that MotoGP riders can't do in modern conditions.
Dovi has signed with Ducati for two more years
Too soon for Vinales imoLooks like Suzuki is moving Maverick Viñales up from Moto2 to ride their MotoGP Suzuki bike, signed to a 3 year deal! http://www.motogp.com/en/MotoGP+in+the+Media
Would you dare bring anyone from Moto3 to ride the suzuki MotoGP bike?Too soon for Vinales imo
Its Maverick from Moto2 not Issac from Moto3 that is ruled to be signing with Suzuki.Would you dare bring anyone from Moto3 to ride the suzuki MotoGP bike?
Whatever happened to dePuniet being a factory Suzuki rider?

And I don't think any rider should make the jump from Moto3 to MotoGP, jumping to a bike that is much heavier and a lot more powerful just send like too much to adapt to all at once and be competitive
Nobody would be dumb enough to jump somebody from Moto3 to MotoGP. I just think Maverick had barely gotten his feet wet in Moto2, and already they're wanting to put him on the big bike. Even MM slugged it out in Moto2 for 2 years before jumping up.
He has shown many times in the past he can be a very hot/cold rider. If he is not in the right state of mind come race day he doesn't do squat. On the flip side he can be serious fast if the mood is right.
Also, he is hopping on an unproven bike that will be undoubtedly going through development throughout the next few years. So the chances of him doing well are a lot less than if he stayed on a competitive Moto2 package and made a run for the title next year.

Jack Miller is rumoured to be moving from Moto3 to LCR Honda for 2 years with a shot at Pedrosa's seat in year 3.
Who's going to Indy??
Still too early for Maverick I think as well, but time will tell... he is doing pretty well this year.
I'll be there. Seats in the southwest vista.
