More Mosport new track spy shots (WHOLE LAYOUT)

I would have liked to rent it but not going to happen (and I rent 20 days a year, not a track day bt the WHOLE track). I wont even ride it but thats me. By what I have already seen in person its easily the most dangerous track in Ontario and that takes work. Disgusting! didn't need to be that way.

Thats really too bad...I just started getting into track riding this year and am planning on doing more days next season. This track would have been perfect for me as its 10 mins down the road

Here it is overlaid on the current layout to give a better idea.

That armco has a fair bit of give though no? Yeah solid walls 50 feet off the track put it a little too close to the Macau TT. It's all fun and games until someone effing dies, then its a sport. Wait no that's not how that saying goes. (not to take away from the people who've lost their lives at other days, trying to make a point).

Lol.I've done service work on machines that make Armco and related products in Guelph. Not much "give" in the stuff.Maybe a crash test?

what do you mean? alms (united sports car next year) races on the big main track. These are pics of a smaller new track beside the main track I think.

Yup, you're right. Good thing I don't have a job analyzing aerial photography

Sorry forgot to hit the sarcasm button. I figure it'll have about as much give as the concrete wall at tmp. The hay bails look soft though....:S

Perfect for me!

Y'all should stay away from the walls regardless, lol. That's prob good advice!

Lol... is TMP where it's at!?

TMP, GBM, and Mid-ohio at least for a weekend. You should really go to TMP at least once before forming an opinion solely based on what others write, and then share it here.

I have different plans for next year, TMP is not on my radar...
Hopefully you can show me the lines if I swing by?

Usually there are many other riders who are much more experienced than me, they'll do a much better job showing you the proper lines than I would. And also, just because somebody had a bad day with some individuals not behaving well on track doesn't make it bad---chance is these people will go to your track of choice next time. I'm clear what you say between your words. Ignoring that. But really, give it a try. It really isn't that bad as some say, I'm sure you can learn a ton trying to start moving fast on it.

It'll be like Calabogie. "Ok" for trackdays but not for racing.

Well put......I have a blast at bogie but wouldn't like it so much if a trophy was there at the end of the day, looks like a fun track and lookin forward to possibly riding it.
