Well it was a good run - pretty much what everyone expected them to do and to be at the end of the season. Can't expect #1 line that averages at 100 points a season to compete with 200 points lines of other dominant teams...
Now, lets all pray that some MAJOR changes will be made for next season. I propose:
* FIRE JFJ - Had enough of him bein inactive and adding retards like Aki Berg, Khavanov, Suglobov and the rest of the idiots....
1. SUNDIN - 70 points a season - 7 Million plus - get rid of him. 1 million for 10 points - thats INSANE. Too old, too slow.
2. McCabe - 5 million for a defenceman that does not play defence... only good thing is a slap shot. Too stupid, not phisical enough, too slow.
3. Kubina - 5 million. This guy worth 1 million TOPS.
4. Wellwood - now he might be worth something - get rid of him - we don't need another future "Tucker" less the attitude.
5. ONeill - Get rid of Mr. Invisible. Useless tit.
6. Raycroft - is a #2 goalie - end of story.
So thats in total will give leafs over 20 million of free space.
Move Poni, Antropov, Stajan, Tucker to 2nd and 3rd lines where they belong - get good 80-90 point center and couple 50-60 points wingers(or vise-versa) for the first line and good goalie - 20 mills should be more than enough.
