leslie lakeshore. whats with the gangs showing up

The beginning of the end. It was fun while it lasted.

They aren't going that far. More like tickets for ape bars that are too tall and novelty horns. THe guy with the cobbled together bike with horns didn't get a ticket. If you are polite or on a 250 you have nothing to worry about.

Real gang members are some of the friendliest fellows you'll ever meet. Just don't **** with them, their business, their family or the innocent and they won't have a reason to attack you.
Anyone who goes out and assaults another person for no reason isn't a real gang member.

If you think that you need to watch the news more. They have a long history of extreme violence and extortion and intimidation to get what they want. Biker gangs are responsible for well over 200 murders in Canada over the last 15 years. Over 40 percent of the full patch HA members in Canada are currently incarcerated. Canada's most prolific serial killer, Yves Trudeau was a HA leader as well as a convicted child molester. Banditos members from other Canadian Banditos clubs murdered the entire Toronto chapter of their own club. Mom Bouchard, previously the most powerful HA leader in Canada, is currently serving life for multiple murders.

Apparently they asked him what he was doing there, he replied "My buddie is flashing my ECU to remove the 300km/h speed limiter", went downhill from there :( His bike had no fender at all, and his plate was mounted way up under the tail, up by the shock.

I was on a 125 and got herded over to be checked. A few friends on 250s practically got cavity searched. haha

hate to agree with you but I think you're right. it's sad actually, been going to this meet since the beginning when it was only a handful of bikes in the front lot of timmies. Not that I have anything to hide but i'm not a fan of having to pass a police checkpoint to do something I have been doing for years.

I feel the same way about the RIDE program.

Natural process for all of these meets. They get too big, cops starting showing up, people stop showing up. Anyone remember Elements?

I remember elements :) rode with Steve, Mike, Rad and Hans. Ocasionally spied on Mikes gf, wife now, since I'm the only one in group that knew Russian :) they called me 'mean Green' cuz of the bike :)

Sure do, back when it was "Coffee, Tea, or Me."

I use to ride by there & never knew the commotion. I thought it was just a restaurant so never stopped by

Best solution for you guys - skip the masturbation fests that most meets are and ride instead. ;)

In my riding group days it was good to have a well known starting point. Timmies out on Highway 5 or CToM made for good, well known starting points.

Where do you suggest they ride to on a Thursday evening when there is still a fair amount of traffic on the roads?

But I like seeing bikes in person that I will never own. The internet can only do so much.
