I doubt the people the OP is referring to are actual gang bikers. Likely just motorcycle clubs of middle-aged blue-collar types with loud pipes who feel like they need to portray a bad-*** image to the world to make up for their lack of accomplishments.

There is a difference between a MC-Motorcycle Club (HA/Outlaws/Banditos) that are considered "gangs" and "outlaws" and RC-Riding Crew (NNRE/OTR/RR) . And some my just like the show SoA, Why would you care if they wore SoA clothing???
