hahaha, i just edited saying Japanese big wigs.. Remember the siendfield episode when he wont shake his hands because of germs from being sick?

Yeah I'll be there. I gotta get under 1:20 on my SV because I don't want to go to TMP again this year. haha
 
I hear those fireblades are elusive, like the lockness monster, make sure you have the gopro on so you can get a picture when it goes by :)

I went out for a nice ride last night till midnight. Good weather.

Probably not riding at 10pm on our track bikes. LOL ;) I would love to try some night sessions with headlights though.
 
Just spoke to TMP on the phone, for Thursday May 2, TMP will make up the lost time by running a short lunch and extending past 5:00, still starts at 10:00 am for the full amount of time, they said it was "an oversight on their part", but would not elaborate more
 
awesome day, minor crash after putting on some new brake pads (my fault), but a spare lever, a drill, and some clever bolt usage to make a new shift peg did the trick.
 
Yep - great track day yesterday and a great group !!
 
would be neat if we could get a few people together, everyone throw in $10 or so for someone to take pictures for a day, to get some good high-quality shots.

Not likely. I tried to do something like that a while back - wanted $3 per pic, $2 if you bought 5. Did 2 track days with the camera as a spectator only last year when I was waiting for my collar bone to heal. One person bough pics. *ONE* out of the 45+ riders per day bought some pics.

It's the age of the internet. Everyone expects pics for free, not realizing a decent camera set up is going to cost quite a bit more than the average track bike.

I'm happy that Katatonic has volunteered to take pics at GB on the 23rd though! Yay Kat!
