Kitchener/Waterloo area, c u next trackday riders thread!

Hey, did anybody else get the email from TMP about christmas sales? Theres probably a thread about it that I'm too lazy to go look for... I'm going to buy a set of 3 Thursday track days. The dates aren't defined yet. I think they do it as a credit thing and you just sign up for the days throughout the season.

What about the "Princess Cinderella" award to Nick for having consistently nice rides?
BMW Sedan, 636, rides an R1 whenever he wants....

Yea - saw that. I'm just a little concerned with TMP still being in business next season. It is a pretty good deal though.

How about a "LowRider" award for the person who bins (not "W"ins) the most? Dean, what do you think?

Ahhh yes. I might have this one in the bag - I did get some points for "off-road racing", and "most bike / body parts dragging along the track". I'll be happy to pass the honors on to someone else next season.

Tim - I hear you like to go down.... ;)

I think we would all be happy if you kept the title, just don't increase your status!

Agreed....he can keep the title and all honours that go with it... but please, don't need hurt that bike any more, LowRider.....

As of today there are only 9 spots left in red for Mosport on August 20th. Lots of room in green and yellow. Are we going for this one or skip it this season and spend the money on two trackdays elsewhere?

Well - I'll be in Alaska on the 20th, so, no track day for me. I would like to do Mosport though... What do you think Dave - as I've never been there, is it worth the extra cash?

Alaska, nice! Well there are only those 3 days (20-22) from Pro6 this season, so maybe skip that one. It would probably be prudent to get some more track time under your belt before going to Mosport. Definitely not a place where to make a rookie mistake.

Yeah, let's do GBMP/SMP/TMP twice instead. Maybe kick it up a notch and do Calabogie in the next year (2013).

Cool. Yea- two track days are better than one.

Just saw this! lol

BMW is sold, need something that is able to tow a track bike and fuel efficient so I opted for a 2006 Jetta TDi, average tank is about 800km, best is just over the 1000km.

But I accept this award. :D
