Emotion? Rap and Hip Hop (I don't even know the difference) can only, and have only, ever express one emotion; anger. And it's expressed with a defiant arrogance that makes it impossible to sympathize with the author. The only other emotion in music these days is romance, and in that case it has its own musical genre called R&B, as far as I can tell.

I'm willing to be 'learned' on this matter, so if you could link me a Rap or Hip Hop song that isn't full of rage and attitude, I'll have a listen and reshape my opinion if there's genuine feeling there.

damn, beat me to it. I have to wonder how much music kanye has downloaded illegally and how much of it he's sampled.


He complains that his music was pirated but he only made it available through one outlet, that not everyone can get.

Anger is an emotion I don't particularly enjoy.

BTW we missed out on plain white Kanye tee shirts at $120.00 USD. They sold out.

$120? I thought they were in the $200 range? Meh, I buy 'em $12 for a 3 pack. And v neck, no less. I wonder if anyone *Kanye fans, kids in general* will see the lesson in all of this...you can sell a $#!+ ton of music and $200 tshirts, but if spend money like an idiot, you will be broke. Most dangerous person for Kanye is Kanye.
