I Saw You: V.2.0

I want to send a special thanks out to each and every one of the ********* cagers on the 407 and 403 this morning who noticed that my bag had opened before I did. I hope that each and everyone of you loses something important today and no one tells you about it either.
(not really the right place for this post but it's not a 'new thread' worthy rant)

:(

wasted, I presume its a backpack?? Dang..

I have a soft tailbag, which once or twice I have left opened by mistake. Luckily with the way the air flow works the lid doesn't seem to open and spill contents out.

Hope you didnt loose something you cant replace easily.

Yesterday just before 5PM, making the left-turn on to Green Lane from N.B. Leslie St. Nice Supermoto rigged up for daily commuting.

We'll I look really cool in the office right now seeing as my dress shoes didn't make it in. Nothing I can't buy again, it's just expensive and frustrating.
I usually use an icon squad II backpack but I took it to royal for a warranty replacement and haven't got anything back yet so I'm using some pos burton backpack and I guess it doesn't like highway speeds.

I feel your pain. I lost a hat and shirt the same way on the 407 last year. Sucks. Since then, I have started using twist ties to secure my zippers on my backpack when I am out on the highway.

Office with Motorcycle boots? yikes. Hope they're not too flashy ;)

Ive left my shoes at home before, but now I just leave a pair of shoes in the office. Easier to deal with.
I have a Burton backpack too, but I've always strapped/bungied it to the rear seat before getting the tailbag. My personal preference as I hate having stuff on my back while riding. At least you didnt loose your phone, passport or wallet!

Ya, those types of things get secured in the inside jacket pockets. At the end of the day it's 100% my fault, it's just that if I saw someone else with an open bag, or a low tire, or no brake lights, or anything else that they may not be aware of, I'd give them a couple quick beeps and try to make some hand gesture that would let them know that they need to stop and fix something. Whatever....whats done is done lol

Aww that suuuuuucks, sorry about your luck, bro.

This is why I usually have both zippers zipped to the side of the bag, instead of at the top; not that that was the cause, but I'm always paranoid that if the zippers are left at the top, it'll open slowly on the highway.

My usual bag has a strap and a clip so it's never been an issue. I've been zipping one side right over to the end of the other side since I've had to use this crap bag but I must not have this morning. Expensive brain fart.

You could use a carabener to secure the zippers together so they don't open for next time.

Because its just does bother me. Its just plan creepy, its stalker behavour. If I knew you in person I would start avoiding you. Pictures on FB one thing. Pictures on an open forum another.

Umm. you do realize that's what this whole thread is about, right?

... the thread is about saying hey I saw you on so and so road at so and so time and to see if they are on this site. It isn't about taking pics of total strangers and posting them for eveyone to see.

Wouldn't a picture make it easier for one to confirm it is them?

Traffic cameras on the news take video shots of you too. I think everyone is getting a bit too paranoid about being seen by anything. Also people can walk by bike and see plates, taking a pic is no different. If they want your bike they'll take it. That's why we have insurance.

Mega-scoot and cruiser rider on 427 @ 407, around 5:00pm this afternoon. Good thing you gave me the thumbs up because with all that gravel, it would have been a nasty pull-off.

Exactly traffic cameras and the goverment already take video of us. Don't need strangers snapping shots of us with out knowing too.

Also the theft thing was in referance to what C-Note was saying with taking pics of parked bikes. Like he said and I'll say again, it is making it real easy for theives to shop for what they want. Yea they can walk by and see plates but at least they are out working for it instead of sitting at the computer waiting for the next gtam retard to post a pic of the bike they are looking for and where it is...
