Guy on what looked to be a Honda Giorno on Dixie Rd., Clark Blvd., and then heading to the upper deck of BCC. People slow down for corners so they DON'T risk crossing two lanes and almost smacking into the centre median. People generally stop for stop signs because they're averse to becoming road pizza under someone's Vegabego. You blew through two of them, without even so much as slowing down.
