On the ground next to your bike where passing motorists can see. Obviously it helps to put on your 4-ways but not all bikes have them.

Yes it`s appease my conscience .The only thing missing is that I eat kittens . I was already put into the autistic kid hating group .I probably beat seniors in my spare time too.

Yes and no. Just to clarify that it is best to put it about 10 feet or so on the side of the road behind your bike. Reason being is that it would be hard to put it there for any other reason, whereas right by your bike it could be taken as you just put it down for no reason.

Most riders are not likely to understand the helmet positioning thing as a cry for help. How about try to make eye contact with passing riders? Far more effective than trying to get them to understand your chosen code, IMO.

Waving or not waving doesn't make you a motorcyclist.
It's up to you who you wave to if you wave at all. If it makes you feel better to not wave at three wheelers then good for you. I suspect that most riders that wave will wave at three-wheelers.
For what it's worth I wave at all bikes, three wheelers, scooters, police and cows.
I suspect the line would problably be drawn at a three wheeler that was enclosed but I haven't come across one yet.

Both. Lots of cruisers around here, majority don't wave because I'm not 65 and riding a harley. The area is ok but kind of overrated. I've never understood people's fascination with the forks of the credit road. Doing the speed limit it's under 8 mins long from one end to the other. I'd rather go to hockley or river rd.

Sons of anarchy is for chicks .My Harley has a motor that was designed by Porsche .Just because I won`t water down the sport .Personal insult don`t bother me .Most are made by small minded people .
