On CTV News Channel now. There is a possibility (not official yet) that the minimum age recommendation for AstraZeneca be reduced from 55 to 35. If that's the case, it's pretty close to what the UK says (their threshold is 30).
While I understand your point, and risk management the risk is still there.Lots of people - and some governments - are incapable of risk management.
edit: Denmark's 7-day average for covid19 deaths is 2. Population 5.8 million. The risk associated with covid19 is currently quite a bit lower there than it is here. This tips the balance towards the risk of this vaccine not being outweighed.
