Have you looked at one of those track stands with castors to get it through the front? They let you turn the bike around the front wheel, but do add a bit of length which may be problematic.
Bueller bueller?Just put it up on stands, stick the bike in reverse and run it till the odometer matches the original mileage.
Saw that in a movie once.

BTW not sure if has been mentioned, but you can find guys on Kijij to help with small projects like this. I found a guy to help me move a washing machine 3k from 1 house to another. Had a van and helped me moved it inside and take the old one to the curb. $60, where as a moving company would have minimum cost of $400.
+1As others noted Princess Auto has many option for pick-ups that will do the job of the ramp.
It will still help to have two people to keep it upright, push and to keep a hand on the brakes so it does not roll back if you have to stop mid ramp. Just helps to prevent the potential for an epic fail.
