Nice job, mission accomplished but now a reality check. Landlord may be cool but not the insurance. Storing fuel inside a house is not covered. Check the fine print. That's also why you need to have an empty tank when you transport it except by tow truck.

If this was going to be a regular move a Princess Auto M/C lift along side the deck would lift the bike 30". A bit of tweaking could make it doable to ride on ride off at the desired elevation. However the gas in the house issue and price of the lift would dampen the spirit. The deck railing would have to become a gate.
