Holy crap this is 2011 and we are in Canada... why are people still so damn racist. Very sickening article.
 
Sadly, racism runs rampant all over the place.. blacks vs. whites vs. asians vs. muslims etc....

The thing about this article that truly sickens me is how the justice system is dealing with this incident. The offender should have at least 10 years in jail for his actions with no chance of parole.

He would never get 10 years even if he killed the guy. That's what is warped with our justice system.

Horrible. And look at those ****ing **********!

I don't have much faith in prison as a correctional facility but this guy should be made to pay for his actions.
The only lesson he's being taught right now is that he can get away with all kinds of crap.
 
You should read the add-on about how the insurance company is stone walling the family on home modifications. This poor family can't catch a break
 
I'm usually a mild mannered guy, but my first instinct after reading that they appealed their very generous sentence was vigilantism.

don't have to go an hour outside of toronto to see this crap...i just can't believe this still goes on...i hope this kid disappears and the police don't find his body...and maybe a few of his buddies too, kid wasn't alone obviously...

While I think Canada, Ontario and Toronto are far more tolerant than most places in the world it isn't racial heaven.

Try the prairies for anti-native attitudes.
