No its not his fault. I own the account,I didn't authorize them to bill my account. I want Rogers to block that from my account. I told the rep today, I'm not authorizing any purchases, so if they are added to my bill, I'm not paying for them. If it happens again, I'm canceling all lines with them and going back to wind. Your authorized them to bill your account, you own the account,I didn't authorize it,I own the account not him. It's up to Rogers not to allow it.

While agree with this statement, I also understand that it is sort of a scam, taking advantage of the fact that many people don't educate and or discipline their kids. Boy, how times have changed, my bro and I used to sneak a few of the old man's beers and knew full well the consequences if we got caught.

You really don't have a clue in life. What you're comparing is stupid. If he speeds the ticket affects him not me, the cell being billed affects me, it's my account and they have no right allowing them to bill it without contacting me. It's my name on the account not his, so they should have to verify with me that it's ok to use cell billing for Google. It's obvious you have no kids, and that's good for society in my opinion.

He didn't think a free game was going to bill the phone. The only other options were cc and gift card so since he didn't have either, he had to pick bill phone. I'm more ****** that Rogers refuses to block that at my request.

Again, was the bill detailed? Did it specify whether the charges were for purchases in the "free" games.
As was stated earlier by another poster, many games these days are free to download, but have options to buy things within the games.
