I'm not even an ex or a girlfriend of yours and I've thought of contacting your wife and telling her things so that she beats you :) It's not like I don't like you, I just think it would be funny. I don't get that urge with anyone else though.

However, I do think this case if it gets committed to trail will be difficult to prove, for several reasons that have been mentioned countless times in this thread.

My point is, even if Jian gets aquitted by the courts, it doesn't mean it didn't happen or that he's not guilty.

Please try to remain calm. All I'm saying is that from the minute CBC fires him and declares him persona non grata he has an uphill battle (which he appears to be losing) trying to stay in the publics good graces. That's huge in that business. Technically he's innocent until proven guilty but that doesn't matter to very many people judging by the commentary including yours. So yes, I believe it is his task now to prove himself innocent.

Moxy Fruvous are the best! With such raw talent, I can tell that Jian's a good guy. Everyone else--including those girls--are just jealous! Everyone's trying to bring Jian down because they can't stand his success. Shame on everyone!

As far as I am concerned, these women are now looking for payback or glory-there's no shame in modern times for things like this. Madonna and many others have proven that any publicity is good publicity, and I think they want some limelight.

If in fact, it did go down as these women are saying, then the onus was on them, back then, to call the police and do something about it. Had the first one done, this, surely she could have intercepted Jian's alleged malicious behaviour before any other women got hurt. And so it goes, 8 more times afterwards, these women COULD and SHOULD have taken up the gauntlet. The fact that none of them did leads me to believe that nothing untoward ever happened, and they either knew there was no case, or were perfectly happy with the sex as it were.

Too much logical content rules this out. "Victims" were women, not normal people. This has been explained many times.
