from reading what she wrote, there didnt sound like any kind of struggle. as a matter of fact she limits her experience to only 2 short sentences.

now, call me crazy, but im guessing if i shoved my figers somewhere a woman didnt want them, im gonna get slapped/scratched/clawed/punched you name it, until it stops.


im betting most women would. lets hear from the ladies ....

maybe some might go quiet and let it happen. but i bet 9/10 wouldnt.


these allegations show 9 out of 10 would go silent... does that sound normal ?

How would it work if someone had gone to HR with a harassment complaint and demanded privacy/anonymity? You're right in thinking that this doesn't quite make sense, but there are certainly things that the main players know, that we do not.

Of course people will tell you they'd fight back if they had a chance, if they get to think about it ahead of time. She probably didn't have any means of fighting back, or was too stunned to react, as I said.

Ask yourself why would she come forward now? She's got her life all sorted out, doesn't need the aggravation of being judged, ridiculed, or pitied.

BTW did your wife and friend get justice when they went to the police?

doesnt sound like rape, or assault.

yes. my wife was assaulted on her way home from school. she called the cops, the kid was arrested.

the other girl, im not 100% about. i know it went to court many years ago. i dont ask..

And there are some women who like getting hit.. As long as it's consensual, no harm done. I like them better when they're aggressive, but hey.. To each his own :cool:

By the way, I'm not saying that he's an innocent babe lost in the woods, but I've come across all sorts of women.. From those who liked to cut themselves and act out vampire fantasies (came across one but felt uncomfortable with the safety aspects and the scarring potential) to those who liked to burn their boyfriends with cigarettes while they were at it... Same goes for guys. Different strokes for different folks.

Until more evidence gets out, I don't wanna convict him based on detail-poor news reports and a bunch of witnesses who appear to be after their 15min of fame.
 
She didn't give details explaining the exact reason she failed to overcome him because that wasn't the point of the story. She probably didn't imagine that anyone would conclude she wanted to be assaulted!

If anything, it's the opposite. Even if someone were turned on by rough sex their automatic reaction to a sudden assault would be to fend it off if possible. To think she did anything other than fight him off, and then volunteered to tell this story years later because she felt bad about her 'choice', is frankly absurd beyond description.

But was he convicted, and if so what was the penalty? More than a slap on the wrist? Did she feel that justice was served?
 
A lot of to and fro going on. And guessing, a lot of guessing. I don't know what my final opinion will be but it will be 100% right. A teaser: I'm leaning towards Sativa Quemador.
