federal election - who are you voting for

Right now it looks like no chance of a Harper majority which should mean he resigns so I am good with that as well.

I agree a minority would be the best the cons made themselves so unelectable they handed it to the liberals, pretty much the same as they did in Ontario.

I voted for one of the other options solely to see this happen, strategic voting for the win. I can't say I was totally enamored with the other options, but I was sure of one thing - it was time to say "See ya Steve".

Lets at least give him a chance. Hopefully he doesn't take after the Liberal provincial government (Can't say those chummy photos weren't concerning, though), but I think he's smarter than that. I didn't vote for him, but saw this coming. In the end, I agree, Harper is history, which is a good thing no matter how we arrive there.
 
...but he's not smart, that's the problem. He's a figurehead that was crowned rather than elected above smart candidates like Marc Garneau. I am glad Harper is out but this guy is a laughing stock even before he sits in office for a day.

I think that's the picture that was painted of him, but if you watched the debates (as I did) it seemed pretty clear that this isn't the case. Other saw that as well as his numbers went up and up after each debate.

Again, I didn't vote for him (despite seeing this coming) but I'll give him a chance before throwing my arms up in the air based solely on assumptions and nothing more.
 
Now that that's settled, does Harper resign as the Conservative leader now? Does Muclair resign after such a poor performance?

Harper will, I don't know about mulcair. Really unfortunate for him I really wanted to see him as opposition.
