Ding Dong, the witch is dead....

I'm experiencing liberal fatigue... I'll take my chances with the Pierre.
I can't think of ONE portfolio the liberals have touched that hasn't turned to absolute shyte.
Lets give someone else a chance to **** us over...
Legalizing weed didn't help much but didn't cause the sky to fall. Other than that, I completely agree with you.

I've seen both versions. One that they got it. One that they are waiting in a room to receive it. Media sucks and is barely concerned about accuracy, speed is their primary goal. I don't know which version is true.
They delayed the release by four hours. Apparently press is reviewing it now. Nobody knows who is going to read it or if it will even be read in public.

CBCNN is saying that they should be able to discuss what's in it later this afternoon. The thing that won't happen is the finance minister's economic statement speech.

I believe this was all preplanned to not be able to table any kinda review

The parliament buildings have very nice paneled walls , shame they keep throwing mud hoping something sticks .

61.9 billion in extra spending FML. the speaker should not be blocking the motion to table this review
Not surprised. They guaranteed deficit wouldn't go over 40B and then blow their self-imposed ridiculously high limit by 50% while also adding tens of billions of deficit spending that benefits nobody. Treason.

EDIT:
The stones on them. Holy. Just straight-up lies presented as truth. "The 270-page document, meanwhile, touts what it considers economic victories, namely being the first G7 country in which the central bank cut interest rates, and inflation “anchored” at two per cent, chalking both up to “the government’s prudent fiscal management.”"

Investments by priority group. "Clean growth" is 81% of "investments" (barf, slush fund spending). Affordability and Housing is 14%. Once again they missed the memo that people without affordable housing/food dgaf about "clean growth".

I remain unconvinced that PP would take the country in a good direction through the Trump tariff threat. I've heard nothing other than "blame the Liberals". And "axe the tax". Open to hearing options.
PP is the option. If you want to know more about the platfo

As far as platforms go, challengers (PP) keep their powder dry until it's the race starts. If he didn't, the opposition would have time to spin or co-opt their platform. If you want the high-level policy stuff, read it here.

While I'm staunchly conservative and understand why the plan is held close, I really wish JT would have made this harder for PP, that way he'd have to present some platform. So far all PP has needed to crush JY is 3 word phrases.

Axe the tax.
Build the homes.
Fix the budget.
Build the wall.
Stop the crime.

Those three word phrases are more articulate and have more meaning than any of the word salad that JT and the witch spew daily.
