Ding Dong, the witch is dead....

I wouldn't want a 'leader' who can't manage his own caucus currently, to manage getting a deal done for Canada.

It's crap either way. PP has lots of experience criticising and no experience with governing. JT (and CF) have been through Trump 1.0.

Mind you, the chaos south of the border isn't likely to subside, either. The final vote in Congress to avoid their government shutdown had more Democrats voting for it than Republicans.

Sell-out singh won't do anything before Jan 24. It would personally cost him millions if he did. That is his only goal and why he has hung on this long.
I actually really liked Mr.Singh, the NDP not so much. I thought he had a lot of charisma and was a real straight shooter. I was obviously wrong. I think he has lost all credibility and destroyed any future in politics he may have had.

Even if done today, a new administration on our side of the border won't be in place until after the first day the Trump administration takes office officially. It's better to forestall them signing executive orders on day one than to try to get them to retract them afterward.

An election in Canada does not need to occur until October 2025. It doesn't need to wait that long, but it doesn't need to happen 36 days from today, either.
I understand your opinion but strongly disagree. He has proven to only care about himself. I don't want him making even one more single decision that can affect us for the rest of our lives. He is a whiney trust fund baby having a temper tantrum. I stand by my position that having no government is better than having him at the helm. The chance that DT signs an executive order day one with an incoming government pending is epically low imo.

Don't forget; PP does have cabinet experience, so we don't really know what he does or doesn't know but he's not completely blind.

I think the Trump Administration is far more concerned with Mexico than Canada. They’ll get to us in due time, hopefully after an election.
