Diet Sodas won't help some people.....

^^ I Feel ya....putting on any kind of mass for me is redicilously easy.

Hit the gym for a bit and boom, stretch marks on my arms...lol.

I have to force myself NOT to exercise my legs too hard as they just explode.

Mind you i let myself go in the last 4 years, and by a lot so starting to go back to the gym is a real challenge....ugh....i hate it, but hopefully soon it will be as addicting as before where i WANTED to go every day.

I keep reminding myself that: summer is only a few months away and it sneaks up on ya.
And, I'm on a mission to beat a buddy at the track this year, prove to him I can drop to 170 and we both plan on making it to the world amateur motocross championship at Loretta Lynn's ranch next season, so I have enough goals. I just vision myself feeling light and strong on that bike, kickin some ***. That either gets me to the gym, or makes me keep the intensity up during a workout or makes me think of what is going down the pie hole.
