in my opinion, he was extremely unprofessional, not to mention that trying to confiscate the guys camera without a warrant or probable cause is a violation of his 4th amendment rights. You may be pleased as punch to cooperate with law enforcement when they are being unreasonable, since it's easier for them to make a case against you when while you're busy incriminating yourself on god only knows what charge they come up with. I also highly doubt that something like an obstructed license plate is an arrestable offense, and was only placed under arrest so that they could justify confiscating his camera and performing a search.
This is slightly unrelated, but serves as a good reminder why you should never talk to the police. Yes, it's almost an hour long, but trust me, it's worth watching.

^^^ Were in the video was he acting like an idiot before being pulled over.He also stated he was not with them. The camera would prove or disprove it,probably why he was so ****** and lippy to the cop.
We give up our rights on a continual basis and allow government to walk all over us in Canada. We vote our leaders into office then they can do what they want with near impunity. It's called a Parliamentary system. In keeping our mouths shut we give up our rights
Remember the reason he was pulled over was due to his license plate tucked in under the the seat tail. Watch the video. It seems that it got out of hand when he ask for him to remove his helmet with the webcam.
Ok the cop overacted but I can just imagine how frustrated he must have been after this happened. I think he was just happy that a bike finally stopped for him.

I don't quite agree.
The first video is completely wrong for the arrest in my point of view as that rider wasn't really doing anything wrong (but we only see what has been posted, nothing prior to it).
The second cop dashcam shows just how ignorant and stupid these bikers were. They were acting like if they were in a Mad Max movie. Also why did the girl in the back of the p/u bail her friends and what did she hand off to the other biker before.
So just to be clear, I am not justifying the arrest but the other bikers didn't really help the situation at all. Taunting the cops (brake checks, wheelies, burn-out) not going to get you on LEO's good side.
Just my $0.02

Throwing up hand signs to the cops while riding, or did you conviently miss that part? Keep wearing your tinfoil hat though, I'm sure it's serving you well.
Trying to watch the dashcam vid from the cop's POV.. Says video isnt available, anyone have an alternate link?
Are you serious buddy? You should wrap that tinfoil around your head like a baked potato. Or join the police force, you'd fit right in.
Maybe you should get a clue before you start throwing out phrases that you don't understand. Stupid is as stupid does, if you want to bring attention to yourself by throwing idiotic gestures at cops be my guest. Don't be surprised when it bites you in the *** one day. Only a complete fool instigates a police officer for no reason.
I think the problem here though is that some of you clowns have that ftp attitude and are angry at me cause I don't suffer from the same delusions. All I'm saying is that if you intend to **** with the p
I'm sure it's been said, but I LOVE when the cop is screaming "your license plate is obstructed" and is carrying the helmet away, and you can SEE THE LICENSE PLATE PERFECTLY IN THE VIDEO!!!
OMG ROFL!
I hope he gets some cash out of this case!
