I'll put Trump's face on it too.
This design is already taken, FYI.

And an Eagle.
Agreed. My buddy is a private school teacher and he said he just gives the kids 51% if they're about to fail. The paperwork, ********, and arguments with the principal and parents as to why their 30-50k tuition doesn't let their kids pass isn't worth it.
I agree 100%. But people that can afford to pay that kind of cash for an annual private school bill will typically ensure their kids are taken care of, especially if it's all the teacher's fault that little Johnny failed...never their little baby's fault. Can't be. Impossible. Everyone else is the problem. From personal experience I think this is a horrible idea. I legit failed grade 11 (failed 6/8 courses with a 40% or something average.) The failure was necessary because it resulted in me giving a **** and getting to where I am today.
If some kid is gonna **** themselves and stay down after a failure in school, I wonder what'll happen to them when they fail in university...or further in life. Suicide? Drug abuse? Hookers and cocaine? Failure provides such valuable experience...
Um, if you fail grade school, university won't be a huge problem, you won't be attending.... after a failure in school, I wonder what'll happen to them when they fail in university...
Sure you can. No man left behind. Hard to fail grade school. Easy to get into (and through) some uni programs. Embarrassing really.[/QUOTE]Um, if you fail grade school, university won't be a huge problem, you won't be attending.

You're kidding me right? My first job interview (on my own) was at 15...my parents drove me to the interview cause I didn't have my license yet.We get 18-23 year olds that show up to job interviews with their parents... I'm not talking about parents being their ride, waiting outside or in the reception area during their kid's interview... They try to take part in the interview... and then get bent out of shape when they're told it's not gonna happen.
At my last job, we had one 20 something guy (who was living at his parents house in markham) show up an hour late for his interview in concord. He said traffic was bad (was he walking?) and when asked why he didn't call, he got offended and said it wasn't safe to use a phone while driving. smh. When asked why he didn't pull over and call, he said he didn't want to make himself later. For some reason (possibly entertainment) my manager decided to interview him. He didn't make the cut. What a knob. I wouldn't hire him for any job.We get 18-23 year olds that show up to job interviews with their parents... Probably true for some college courses, not all though (or maybe even not most?). Many college courses just waste a few years with no ROI at all (as with some Uni courses). Part of me hopes my kids do something useful with their lives and uses their RESP for flight school.I make more money than probably 75% of university graduates.
Most in the trades can say that.
It's not all it's cracked up to be. College to me seems like a far better ROI in most situations.

Same mentality as always ... 'won't happen to me' ... 'I'm not the problem' ... 'what're the odds of getting caught?'Brampton in the last week has ticketed for two cricket games, a soccer game and five house parties. Even if people are dumb enough to ignore social distancing, you would think that the fine amounts are significant enough that they may reconsider.

Brampton's mayor says officers had to break up two separate cricket games as the city continues to enforce physical distancing rules.www.cp24.com
Well, unless your parents have oodles of money.
Then grades somehow magically mean less to entry requirements. Particularly in some US schools, I've heard.
