Out of the first 3 - one in the arm, one in the spine and one in the heart which was the one that killed him.
The other 6 were for the officers safety.. and the taser at the end was for the children

Well. he does think Forcillo's life was in immediate danger, so I can see him construing it as a threat.

I think this guy was a dink, is a dink and will be a dink if he gets off. We have a couple common friends and they didn't like Forcillo before this all happened. However there is a rule not to make waves with those you work with. Anyone who states there is not is a liar or oblivious.
He hasn't presented himself well, nor has the media helped. Usually someone comes along and states how great the officers record is, how he saved kittens and puppies and is a real great family man. This trial feels a bit different (to me).

I have seen the error in my ways .
Thank you for showing it to me the light .
You should contact the courts and tell them you are experts the field of use of force .
Remember to bring your couches to court before you testify .
Over and out I can't have conversations with people that clearly out wit me with their arguments ( read- rants ) .
