Cagers and how they drive.

👋🏼 I camp the left lane because I’m always going faster then everyone else. On the rare occasion I’m not passing anyone I’ll move right.

You are not camping if you are passing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I do the same, but I always will take an opportunity to move right if I don't see anyone to the horizon and I will find a way to squeeze right or speed up if there's an idiot a faster car behind me.

I find since I moved up to a big suv from a sedan people don’t test me anymore. They come up behind for a few seconds and if I don’t move over they give up and go around. Previously they’d camp my ass forever.

For clarity we’re discussing going 120+ in the left lane with traffic being passed on the right already.

As @Evoex stated my experience is for some reason people GTFO the way when I pull up behind them in the odyssey. Problem is the odyssey can be cruising at 140 with zero sensation of the speed you’re doing…until a curve begins.

when I had the WRX people would pull up, I’d move over, then they’d line up and try to race.

In the Volt, my driving is SO much calmer than in the WRX.

Had a guest with an STI at the cottage. Can’t say I wouldn’t want one as a toy…
Friend is trying to sell his ‘12, but if I spend another 20k you’ll find me buried in the back yard..pieces of me anyways.

What is this "camping" term?? Pls edumacate me. never heard that B4.

You mean she would hang onto certain pieces? How do you sleep at night?

Camping -

Akin to pitching a tent, setting up to stay for awhile. I first heard and used it back in the early online gaming days. A person would ‘camp’ in a location that made it easier to kill others. People who did so were called campers.

I stand enlightened. Now I can curse and shake my fist on the highway while using the correct jargon instead of "idiot.

I drive in the right lane, that way I don't have to change lanes or interact with the Evoex's of the world, when passing.
They might ask me to help set up a tent.

The only ones that i have a hard time with are the ones in T2 and T8.

Wow thanks for that @FullMotoJacket Have always wanted one as it’s a stupid fun (mind you I was in my early 20s at the time).

So? I'm in my 60s. My buddy bought a 2021 RS5 Sportback Tuesday. Called me Thursday and said to come by and take it for a spin. Violated 172 numerous times. Will have to wait till it's broken in before I can take it out again and play with the launch mode.

Well, you are the one who wanted rules enforcement. But I guess you want it only when it's about the others ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'd love to see where in the HTA it actually says the left lane is for passing. I've never been able to find it and no one had been able to quote it for me.

Other provinces and some US states spell it out in their regulations. We don't seem to, but the urban myth persists.

What's your opinion of Darkside? Using spike strips to stop motorcyclists running from the cops?
