Thanks for the reply mksliao. Do you have any pics of your FE setup? I have not started this project yet. I want to take my time with it if I end up going the DIY route, I am off next week so I may begin it then.
 
i hope the pic is clear i will get some closer shots maybe tomorrow.But for $15 bucks can't go wrong.

Thanks! I've already hacked off my fender LOL. Just have to sand it down and cleanup some of the cuts and put it back together. Then I just need to pick-up a couple of "L" brackets tomorrow so I can attach the plate holder back on. It'll do for this year. I still need to grab some of those LEDs, I have a Royal Distributing a 2 minute ride from my work so I can grab those too.
 
If it's a 2012 u don't even need any brackets. The plate bracket that comes with bike bolts right on.

Well that is true, I was a little more aggressive with my hacking. That piece is gone. Your way would have been much easier. I want my plate tucked in a bit under the tail light which means a little more work. Hopefully it will
look as clean as yours. I will post pics when I am done.

Pics of the hackjob..... hopefully it will be installed at lunch. Not attached yet.

Well I have my plate thing mounted back to the taillight.... one word. G H E T T O Fender Eliminator. Not as clean as I wanted but it should work. Just have to pop it back onto the bike this afternoon when I am done work. Will post pics when I am done. I'd suggest looking at how mksliao did it over the mess I made.

Bike looks awesome... :thumbup: I've got to order some new Ninja stickers, can't believe the last guy took em off mine.
