The way we test the cc of the motor is with a boob tester you pull out a plug screw orleans the motor and this took will calculate it. It will cost $300 to protest a motor and $200 for chassis

Ok so im guessing no one has a problem with the new rule of letting aftermarket blocks for bikes 1998 and older and capping their cc at 1529cc
